Talent Toppers is hiring for the role of HR Trainee!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media, etc.
- Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate
- Lining up candidates for Interviews
- Follow up on the interview status and manage the candidate pipeline
- Managing the online job postings, social media presence, etc.
Requirements:
- MBA HR / Engineering Graduates – passing out in 2024
- Inclination to make a mark in the field of Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)
- Excellent relationship management/people engagement skills
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- A very not-so-common attribute called “Common-sense”
