HR Systems Support Analyst Job in Chennai at KLA

KLA is hiring for the role of HR Systems Support Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support HR Learning Management Systems (LMS), with a strong preference for experience in Workday LMS.
• Manage tasks related to Workday (HCM & ATS) and Service Now platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries through phone and email, exercising discretion and judgment in communication.
• Maintain attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate as a team player, assisting with various HR-related tasks where needed.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and discretion.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, especially Workday, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Service Now, Workday HCM, and ATS is desirable.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle confidential data with professionalism.
• Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
