HR Service Specialist I Job in Bangalore at Hitachi Energy India

• Create job postings and manage workflow administration and screening applications based on given requirements/job descriptions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and ensure appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
• Ensure execution and delivery of TA Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) and prepare information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes.
• Capture data related to TA into appropriate systems as necessary and record candidate inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool).
• Guide and support other team members in meeting the SLAs, who are not in the reporting structure, and lead process improvement projects as and when required.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree (any stream)/ master's in business administration
• More than 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition from a reputed organization and experience in HR Shared Services for a Global Company will be an added advantage.
• Should be from a US recruitment background and be well-versed with various tax terms (W2 1099).
• Have in-depth knowledge of all visa statuses.
• Having Workday and Avature knowledge is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in teams, within deadlines, and be process oriented.
• Attention to detail, showcase ownership behavior, open to learn new things.
• Ability to work independently and idea generation.
• Flexible to work as per US Shift.
