HR Service Specialist Job in Bangalore at ABB

ABB is hiring for the role of HR Service Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute the HR CORE processes through SAP ensuring that Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA) & Payroll-related data are accurately according to the global standard processes.
• Process ownership of the complete employee life cycle from Hire to Retirement/ Termination.
• Monitors payroll-relevant data in HR Core (salary, recurring payments, etc.), whilst ensuring supporting documentation is in place. Play a key role in the ‘lock and unlock’ process of critical data within HR Core.
• Ensure execution and delivery of ELCM services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) like TAT, quality, and Customer satisfaction (C-SAT).

Requirements:

• You are immersed in working with Workday in the HR Operations market
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in total 2-5 Yrs and 1+ Yr sin Workday handling Employee life cycle
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Employee life cycle in Workday platform
• Any Graduate/ MBA HR
• Good Communication skills
