HR Service Delivery Specialist Job in Mumbai at Procter & Gamble (P&G)

P&G is hiring for the role of HR Service Delivery Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Delivers on-the-ground services and benefits that may require face-to-face interaction with Employees, HR, and Government Authorities.
• Leads service delivery work including but not limited to payroll delivery, support with last mile execution, scaled benefits administration, travel accounting, archiving, employee care, audit support etc.
• Manages the end-to-end local benefits delivery (enrollment, administration & vendor payment).
• Helps provide local benefits input to payroll and partners with tax and payroll service lines.
• Partners with HCL to deliver “employee CARE” acting as Level 2 support.
• Serves as key strategic partner with all stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, compliance and a positive employee experience on some areas.
• Plays a crucial role in translating local needs to project requirements and working closely with Service Lines & concerned stakeholders to deliver solutions/projects.
• Leads delivery of initiatives driven by the Service Line, in line with the requirements and specificities of the market.

Requirements:

• Master's/Post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Years of Experience: 3 - 5 years of HR Operations or Service Delivery
• Excellent analytical skills, digital & automation skills, and attention to detail are a must
• Competence to manage data with utmost confidentiality and integrity
• Ability to work effectively across multiple regions and cultural boundaries
• Proficiency in Workday, Service Now, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications
