HR Rotational Trainee Job in Bangalore at SAP

SAP is hiring for the role of HR Rotational Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Onsite onboarding event to get to know SAP as a company and virtual onboarding for the P&C board area.
• Working in an international, and collaborative environment.

• A channel to expand your network and gain all the necessary skills to succeed in P&C while working at a global company.
• Immediate participation as a functioning team member and engagement with different teams inside and outside the P&C board area while going through the different rotations.
• On-the-job training supported by experienced experts, managers, and colleagues.
• Various workshops and trainings sessions to acquire new skills as well as a structured learning experience and performance feedback.
• Full-time employment on an unlimited contract.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or young professional with 1 to 3  years working experience
• Educational Background : MBA in HR- Only Tier 1 & 2 College
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration with HR focus, Psychology or related fields of studies.
• Ability to speak and write English fluently, additional language skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Experience with SAP systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Some working experience, e.g. internship is a must
