Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews.
- Preparing and presenting candidate assessments.

- Building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Developing and executing recruiting strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in staffing and recruiting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
