About:

Requirements:

• Should be well-versed in both non-IT and IT requirements.
• Ability to communicate and persuade others to support a cause.
• By analyzing the nature and importance of the requirement, find and recruit potential candidates using databases, job portals, social media, and other methods.
• Make a cold call to passive applicants and set up an appointment.
• Shortlisting, screening resumes and job applications.
• Then Schedule interviews and tests to potential candidates Co-ordinating with Candidates & ensuring onboarded smoothly until they join.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team, with a high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Graduate/postgraduate degrees will be preferred.
• Freshers with 6 months to 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter are encouraged to apply
• Excellent oral and writing communication skills in English, as well as mail and telephone etiquette
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
