Roles & Responsibilities:

• End to End Recruitment. 
• On-boarding formalities of new employees (documentation, employment letters, handbooks, etc.). 
• Organize and execute Induction program for new employees. 
• Taking care of employee probation and confirmation process. 
• Leave management system. 
• Plan and organize policy awareness sessions. 
• Employee grievance handling and query management. 
• Employee engagement activities. 
• Employee retention - Exit management. 
• Meeting the requirement through effective use of Job portals, References, social networking sites and personal link for recruitment.
• Taking care of entire Recruitment life cycle starting from getting requirements, closing the position as well as Salary negotiation with candidates, and follow up till and after the joining. 
• Regular follow up with shortlisted candidates about the job and new candidates regarding interviews & relevant openings. 

Qualification & Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
• Graduates preferred (any stream)
• Knowledge of basic computers (Word, excel, internet, e-mails)
