Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Talent Acquisition: Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, referrals, and specialized platforms.
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical and interpersonal skills.
- Credential Verification: Ensure candidates meet licensing, certification, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and align hiring strategies.
- Pipeline Development: Build a pool of qualified candidates for current and future healthcare roles.
Requirements:
- We are looking for an HR Recruiter for our Noida location. Candidate should have good experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Having good experience in the healthcare sector is a must.
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM/ Post Graduate
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
