Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintaining and developing a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conducting, scheduling, and coordinating interviews via phone or in-person
• Understanding the recruitment timeliness, revenue implications, quality focus, market availability
• Sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates from various portals
• Conducting preliminary telephonic interviews to understand candidates’ competencies
• Serving as a contact person for questions from candidates.

Requirements:

• Should have experience hiring across levels
• Should have the ability to take ownership and manage hiring for multiple positions
• Should have a minimum bachelor’s degree required
• Should have effective communication skills
• Should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Should have experience working with the Microsoft Office suite
• Should have high energy and passion
• Should have demonstrated ability to meet quotas
• Should have hands-on experience in sourcing using different portals, networking, and referral
