Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Influencing and partnering with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Managing contractual workforce/Unions. Experience in Mass hiring & bulk hiring.
- Having strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Coaching managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness.
- Understanding of SC teams and how to grow and develop SC leaders.
Requirements:
- Experience in IR/ER, local labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; high-quality document and report preparation.
