PepsiCo is hiring for the role of HR Ops Sr Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Run the AACT & DQ report & work to reduce the errors on a weekly basis by correcting the same.
  • Run report on Data analytics is conducted to address the data issues. Work with the GHROPS team to solve those errors (DRM Tool).
  • Run and manage payroll mismatch errors for the NA sectors.
  • Conduct an audit on the Interface between EC & SAP & other downstream tools & ensure the same is fixed basis tickets from the Sectors (Interface Management).
  • Approve the workflow as requested by the HR and sector.
  • Deliver services at the defined SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery of agreed process and complete transaction tracking to capture SLAs.
  • Review & upload data on EC  as per SLAs based on the requests from the GBS site and sectors.
  • Manage the workflow approval process basis the request from the Sectors & GBS site.
  • Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities in the assigned process.
  • Ensure a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence that will ensure transactions are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legal, company, and process requirements.
  • Partner with the team to execute plans to improve customer satisfaction with a focus on processes.
  • Represent technical, functional, and customer perspectives when making decisions: Database requirements, integration of systems, internal clients, and the broader shared services organization.
  • Manage escalation and take ownership of ultimate issue resolution.
  • Ensure smooth on-boarding, training, process, and support documentation and aids for colleagues as needed.
  • Ensure the knowledge management platform is updated.

Requirements:

  • HR Shared Services process and SLA management experience: 4 years
  • Service management and ticket management system experience
  • Customer orientation
  • Process management and continuous improvement with a focus on optimization and productivity
  • Ability to work with different geographies and cultural experiences sensitivity
  • 4 years in a large-scale global HR Operations/Shared Services environmentTechnical / Functional Skills & Knowledge of HR Tools and Interfaces
  • Demonstrated track record of strong service delivery
  • Team Management Scope and Scale
  • Strong communication skills
