- Understand the various systems/tools leveraged by the HR Ops team
- Be responsible for employee database management.
- Be responsible for timely service delivery as per defined SLAs/KPIs and drive operational
- Ensure a high level of Customer Service and Operational Excellence.
- Ready to work on shifts on a rotational basis if required.

- Employee Central and SAP Tool Knowledge Any Graduate or Post Graduate with 4-5 years of experience in HR Operations Role.
- Experience in Employee Central (Success Factor) and SAP is required.
- Knowledge of various HR processes from Hire-to -Rehire in Employee Central and SAP.
