Amazon is hiring for the role of HR Ops Admin!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordination with Recruitment and ERC Team to maintain accurate headcount.
  
• Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity.
  
• Grievance Handling, Statutory Compliances, and utilizing ACL mechanisms to proactively sense ER issues.
  
• HRIS hygiene check and other HR reports including payroll.
  
• Ensuring Contractors / Agency HC and Compliances as applicable.
  
• Processing and auditing of Contractor Services and Invoices at the regional level.
  
• Driving engagement activities including but not limited to Birthday celebrations, CSR activities, weekly engagement fun activities, Reward & Recognition or any other events to be organized for associate experience.
  
• Vendor management and cafeteria management.
• Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
  
• Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of human resources experience
  
• 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (especially Excel)
  
• High school or equivalent
