• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide support in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the implementation and management of HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes.
• Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
