Yogabar is hiring for the role of HR Operations Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives. 
• Managing vendor processes for Payroll and HR systems.
• Managing 3rd party vendors across Sales, Factory and Warehouse.
• Creating and managing processes for employee onboarding, offboarding, and full and final settlements.
• Leading and educating managers and staff on the proper implementation of HR policies and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience in HR operations
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
