HR Operations Manager Job in Chennai at KLA Corporation

KLA Corporation is hiring for the role of HR Operations Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage part of the HR Connect team which is our tier 1 support for HR applications, benefits, compensation, staffing, and learning
• Assist in managing the Global HR Information Systems
• HR Operations vendor management
• Lead various HR projects, esp. in the HR Operations area
• Design and continuously improve existing HR Life-cycle practices and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent
• 2-3 Years of People Management experience, preferably within the HR
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work
• Operates with a high sense of urgency
• Team player willing to assist wherever there is a need
• Workday administrative experience is a large plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
• The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and a quick learner with the ability to master new systems quickly
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
