HR Operations Generalist Job in Bengaluru at Sigmoid

Sigmoid is hiring for the role of HR Operations Generalist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, exits, and related
  documentation
• Drive exit management, probation confirmations, conversions, extensions, and issuance
  of HR letters
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS and generate reports/dashboards
• Use advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formulas, data
  validation, data cleaning) for analysis and reporting
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure timely resolution
• Support HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement
• Coordinate with vendors for wellness programs and CSR engagements
• Contribute to HR projects, automation initiatives, and process improvements

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of HR operations/shared services experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with HRMS tools
• High attention to detail, data accuracy, and process orientation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
