Radio Mirchi is hiring for the role of HR Operations Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Hiring employees
- Maintaining new joiners database in Excel.
- Preparing employee joining documents
- Issuing appointment and transfer letters.
- Managing payroll
- Preparing various MIS
- Handling employee queries
- Handling day-to-day operational work
Requirements:
- Education/Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation
- Years of experience: 2 to 5 Years
- Basic knowledge of statutory and labor laws
- This role requires good verbal and written communication and excellent Excel skills
