The Golden Rise is hiring for the role of HR Operations Assistant 

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Help with the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have a smooth transition.
• Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity.
• Support payroll processing by providing relevant data, such as attendance records and leave balances.
• Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure all HR operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
