Adani Group is hiring for the role of HR Operation!
- To ensure Smooth onboarding of new joiners and Complete all the joining formalities i.e. PF, Gratuity, Insurance, i-card, etc
- Verification of all onboarding documents of the new joiners (i.e. Education Credentials, Employment history, etc.)
- Uploading Error free and real-time SAP data
- Imparting information related to Payroll and another benefit to new joiners
- Ensuring Timely processing of absorption and confirmation activities
- Ensuring all Transactional activities like all Reimbursements/Loan as per policy
- Maintaining & updating of employees' Personal files in hard copy as well as in soft copy
- Monitors validates, and maintains the Attendance Time Management system
- Administering the organization’s benefits as per policy
- Complete the exit formalities and processes of outgoing employees
- Generate MIS, analyze data, and improve the process
- Trains and develops team members to ensure current and relevant subject matter expertise in the role
- Maintaining 5S in work workplace
- Maintaining and updating the Time Management system
- Timely Input of Payroll and Employee Leave Data
- Recognition of Unsafe Acts and unsafe condition
- Adherence to PPE's as per work requirements
- To ensure the accuracy in the Onboarding of the new joiners and other HR operations including Payroll/SAP/MIS etc
- MBA – HR
- MIRPM
- MSW – HR (2 Yrs Full Time)
- Knowledge of the Recruitment Process including Sourcing, application of recruitment & selection techniques
- Knowledge of other HR functions
