About this Job
  • Responsible for End to End onboarding Process PAN India. Including POSH sensitization training program completion, background verification completion, salary bank account opening, etc.
  • Ensure there is error free documentation and filing of onboarding documents.
  • Organizing helpdesk with banks for employees for query resolution.
  • Issuance of appointment letters, experience letters, relieving letters to be ensured within defined SLAs.
  • Responsible for payroll data preparation and checking to ensure error free payroll is run. Collaborating with payroll partner for payroll run exercise and ensuring we are complying with min wage and other statutory requirements attached to payroll.
  • Calculation and payout of Full & final settlements within 30 days of employees exit.
  • Preparing Annual Holiday Calendar
  • Coordinating with Insurance brokers for mediclaim addition & deletion, Term Life Insurance addition, and deletion on a monthly basis.
  • Maintaining and collating PAN India data and overseas locations- employee master, Error free data management needs to be ensured.
  • Ensuring all queries raised via HR Helpdesk on HRMS are resolved by a team within SLAs.
  • Participating in various audits and being prepared with relevant documents, evidences, etc. Ensuring error free data exchange with auditors so that less observations are provided to us.
  • Preparation of MIS reports in an accurate and timely manner and sharing it with management on bi-monthly basis.

Job Specification:

  • Candidate must have knowledge of Indian payroll and other compliances related to documentation for candidate joining formalities, etc.
  • Must possess excellent MS office skills and should be able to prepare and analyze various MIS reports that needs to be shared with management on a regular basis
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and must have an eye for details.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in a hybrid work environment during pandemic
  • Must be able to work under high pressure scenario and must have high energy levels.
