 Responsibilities :

• Collecting manpower requirements and managing end to end recruitment.
• Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.
• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR.
• Create weekly and monthly team engagement plans and help the team build the right culture.
• New employee orientation, training and development.
• Connecting with colleges and universities for campus hiring and engagements.
• Development of an employee oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Planning & executing strategies for branding of the company through various online & offline mediums.
• Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
• Oversee the design and development of compensation strategy and programs.
• Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.

Requirement :

• Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
• 1-5 years experience in recruitment, training & development and employer branding.
• Strong communication & Analytical skills.
• Strong brand building and negotiation skills.
