HR Manager Job in Gurgaon at Pidge

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for all open roles — from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication
• Build a strong employer brand through recruitment marketing, social media, and events
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.)
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Manage recruitment tools, databases, and ATS systems effectively
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or related sectors
• Strong experience in bulk hiring, mid-to-senior level recruitment, and niche roles
• Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
