Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

• Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions, including taxes, benefits, and other withholdings. 

Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local payroll regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements. 

Data Management:

• Utilize HR One app and other systems to manage employee data, track time and attendance, and generate payroll reports. 

Coordination:

• Collaborate with HR, accounting, and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations and resolve any discrepancies. 

Employee Support:

• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, pay checks, deductions, and related matters. 

Report Generation:

• Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and other necessary documentation. 

System Maintenance:

• Assist with the maintenance and updates of the HR One app and other payroll-related systems. 

Skills Required:

Payroll Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. 

Data Accuracy:

• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations and data entry. 

Communication Skills:

• Effective communication skills to interact with employees, HR, and other departments. 

Problem-Solving:

• Ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee concerns. 

Technical Proficiency:

• Familiarity with HR software, payroll systems, and data management tools. 

Time Management:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
