HR Manager Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, exit, and compliance
• Set up and manage HRMS, SOPs, and standard HR documentation
• Drive performance management processes with clear appraisal cycles and feedback mechanisms
• Lead employee engagement initiatives with a people-first mindset
• Handle basic recruitment coordination in collaboration with internal hiring teams
• Act as a key HR business partner for founders and department heads
• Monitor labor law compliance, HR audits, and HR policy implementation

What We're Looking For:

• 6-8 years of well-rounded experience across HR operations, generalist responsibilities, and compliance
• At least one long stint (2+ years) with ownership in HR delivery
• Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling environment
• Strong understanding of HRMS platforms, payroll tools, and statutory norms
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
