Johnson & Johnson is hiring for the role of HR Leader - BUHR Depuy Synthes & CSS!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Lead the Talent agenda for the business within the franchise, aligned with overall Medical Devices, India-Regional-Global business strategy as well as Enterprise Talent Strategy across Talent Acceleration, Innovation and Growth and Culture.
  • Enable working in HR News Ways of Working across HR teams in COEs as end-to-end serve business and talent agenda for the high-performance organization.
  • Enable global/standardized HR practices as well as curate local solutions as per business and talent needs in partnership with business leaders across levels and in partnership with J&J talent tools.
  • Evolve an organization for the future through strategic workforce planning, organization design, cost optimization and efficiency, and job leveling – enabled through internal and external insights.
  • Talent management: pipeline health, succession planning, people manager capability, career adventures, performance management, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Partner with leaders across levels to define and reinforce a culture of compliance along with care and excellence.
  • Provide ongoing mentor support to leaders across levels.
  • Lead critical capability development to continuously build a learning culture which leads to the elevation of current capability as well as bringing in future-focused capabilities.
  • Build engagement across levels and lead the voice of the frontline in bringing in ideas sought at simplification and partnering with cross-functional teams to execute the same.
  • Support key projects and deliverables in partnership with business leaders sought to meet the organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Equivalent degree in Human Resources
  • Prior HR Business Partner experience is mandatory
  • Experience & ability to partner with senior stakeholders
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to craft solutions and influence stakeholders' preferred
  • Travel as per Business needs
  • Has experience implementing projects and business support initiatives
  • Relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills
  • Embodies strong interpersonal, consultative, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers to drive talent outcomes for the business
  • Experience with innovative change efforts, including implementing detailed change management plans
  • Experience supporting multiple business functions and working in various industries
  • Strong MS Office and related talent management technology tools skills
