HR IT Recruiter Job in Gurugram at SourceDOTcom Private Limited

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our company’s recruiting, learning & development and employee performance programs. As an HR Recruiter, your responsibilities would include overseeing our hiring processes (mainly technical positions). 

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.

· Craft and sends personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.

· Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, etc.

· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

· Manage the recruitment and selection process at all levels.

· Should have specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.

· Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's abilities.

· Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions).

HR Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (IT Recruitment).

· People oriented and results driven.

· Proficient in sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates for all levels.

· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
