Hitachi is hiring for the role of HR & IT Recruiter!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as an interpreter between Japanese and English-speaking employees and management.
• Translate documents, emails, and reports (Japanese ⇄ English) accurately and professionally.
• Assist in IT recruitment – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with Japanese-speaking candidates.
• Liaise between Japan and India offices for HR and recruitment-related matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translation and HR-related work. 

Requirements:

• JLPT N3 or higher certification (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in interpretation, HR operations, or IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese and English (both spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience working with multinational teams will be an added advantage. 
• Knowledge of HR IT tools.
• Understanding of Japanese work culture and corporate communication styles.
• Ability to adapt to cross-cultural work environments.
