HR–IT–Finance Executive Job in Rewari at Bos-jrg Automotive Systems Private Limited

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR):

• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook for the new setup.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, exit formalities, and full employee lifecycle.
• Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor law audits, and HRMIS records.
• Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and employee relations activities.

Information Technology (IT):

• Coordinate setup of IT infrastructure: hardware, software, ERP/HRMS solutions.
• Manage IT vendors and ensure regular maintenance and updates of systems.
• Oversee cybersecurity protocols, data backup, and IT asset inventory.
• Support SAP/ERP implementation in collaboration with global and local teams.

Finance & Accounts:

• Manage day-to-day finance operations: petty cash, vendor payments, and invoice tracking.
• Liaise with external consultants/CAs for GST, TDS, ROC, and income tax filings.
• Support internal audits, cost control, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
• Coordinate banking, vendor registration, and financial documentation processes.

Key Skills & Competencies

• 6–12 years of multi-disciplinary experience in HR, Finance & IT within a manufacturing setup.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, compliance, and factory-related HR policies.
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP systems, SAP modules, and hands-on experience with IT assets.
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a startup or JV environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to greenfield projects or joint ventures.
• Worked with German/European automotive companies or Tier-1 suppliers.
• Hands-on with ERP rollout, ISO/IATF audits, and financial process standardization.
