Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases and systems.
• Support data collection, validation, and entry processes.
• Assist in generating HR reports, metrics, and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR team members to analyse data and identify trends or insights.
• Contribute to the improvement of data quality and integrity.
• Assist in ad-hoc HR data-related projects as required.
• Support in creating visualizations and dashboards to present insights from data.
• Contribute to the documentation of analysis methodologies and findings.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
