About this Job
What You’ll Do:
- Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates & hiring managers
- Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Maintain employee records and support HR documentation
- Organize employee engagement activities and events
- Prepare recruitment metrics & assist with HR reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Team player with a positive attitude
