We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as an HR Generalist and Administrator. This role plays a key part in the seamless functioning of our human resources department, contributing to a positive employee experience and ensuring HR processes are efficiently administered. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle a variety of HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and HR-related matters.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  1. Onboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  1. HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
  1. Benefits Administration:
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and facilitate open enrollment processes.
  1. Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with managers to address performance-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Skills:

  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
