HireRight is hiring for the role of HR Generalist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coaching and supporting end users of the HR systems and processes, collaborating with HR Shared Services as necessary to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Supporting new hire and termination processes ensuring managers comply with company requirements to include new employee orientation and onboarding and conducting exit interviews.
• Assisting with delivering various human resource plans and procedures, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensuring effective communication of new or updated policies and procedures.
• Participating in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Designing and developing initiatives and programs to support our people strategy and core values
• Working proactively with managers to identify key drivers for absenteeism, turnover, and poor performance.
• Improving performance and organizational effectiveness by analyzing department structures and evaluating options that will best meet business needs.
• Administering the compensation program, monitoring and supporting performance evaluation, and employee recognition programs as required.
• Managing employee relations counseling and investigations as required, representing HR at related meetings and hearings.
• Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures as well as employment laws.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of min. 3 years as HR Generalist, within a dynamic service or IT environment
• Willingness to work from the office in US hours (night shifts)
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communicator who is used to deal with people at different levels within an international organization
• Strong sense of accountability and quality
• Hands-on with a strategic mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
