Cars24 is hiring for the role of HR Generalist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle End-to-end third-party Manpower recruitment for production.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws (S&E Act, ESIC, PF, etc.).
- Manage payroll, attendance tracking, and shift schedules.
- Address employee grievances, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management, training, and workforce planning.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors/Masters in HR or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in HR, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
- Skills: Knowledge of labor laws, blue-collar workforce management, HRMS, and payroll systems.
