Hudle is hiring for the role of HR Generalist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions, prepare onboarding materials, and introduce company policies and culture.
  • Gather and verify all required documentation from new employees.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and development activities.
  • Assist in the development of career paths and succession planning.
  • Administer performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback collection, and performance appraisals.
  • Support managers in performance coaching and improvement plans.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on trends.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support conflict resolution and handle employee grievances with discretion and professionalism.
  • Promote a positive work environment and uphold company values.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage data privacy protocols.
  • Generate reports related to HR metrics, employee turnover, and compliance audits.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  • 1+ years of HR operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
