Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute regional and site-specific awards programs.
• Manage corporate annual recognition initiatives and promote culture champion nominations.
• Track diversity metrics and implement actions to improve inclusion.
• Support programs celebrating women, global diversity, and disability inclusion.
• Enhance employee resource group support.
• Launch and manage annual engagement surveys.
• Implement actions based on survey feedback and track progress.
• Coordinate regional HR meetings and updates.
• Support HR budget planning and management.
• Organize and facilitate site committee meetings and HR engagement initiatives.
• Develop frameworks to analyze and address regional ethics and compliance issues bi-annually.
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance incentive programs.
• Conduct annual workforce planning and provide quarterly dashboard updates.
• Execute ad-hoc analysis projects on attrition and control reviews.
• Act as the HR point of contact for regional merger and acquisition activities.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed team environment.
• Proven ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 1-3 years of HR project management experience.
