HR Generalist Job in Pune at Axiom Market Research and Consulting

Axiom is hiring for the role of HR Generalist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance management activities such as performance reviews, feedback sessions, and goal setting.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices and processes.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits.
• Support employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including personnel files and attendance records.
• Handle HR administrative tasks such as preparing reports, letters, and other documentation.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director.

Requirements:

• PG degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
