Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Hiring Candidates.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment.
• Design and update job descriptions.
• Source candidates from various platforms like social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and campus recruitment.
• Develop and Implement HR Strategies.
• Interview Candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
• Post Job openings on different hiring platforms.
• Coordinate and implement college recruiting.
• Plan and coordinate office activities.

Requirements:

• Only Female Candidate.
• Education in BBA, MBA, BCA, B.sc.IT, BSc in Human Resources Management.
• Should have good spoken and written communication skills.
• Administrative duties and record-keeping skills.
• All female candidates, including freshers, are encouraged to apply.
