HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, internal databases and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment system or database.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure successful joining closures.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Assist in campus hiring drives, internship programs and fresher hiring initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers and hiring metrics.
• Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet hiring deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and recruitment platforms.
