Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process and timely filling of vacancies.

Employee Relations & Welfare:

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture. Organize employee engagement activities to improve morale and teamwork. Ensure compliance with all labor laws, company policies, and regulations.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance appraisal system and ensure effective feedback mechanisms.
  • Implement strategies to improve employee productivity and performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Ensure competitive compensation packages and benefits for employees.
  • Administer payroll, bonuses, and other financial rewards.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance (Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc.).

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and personal data.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct HR audits and implement improvements as needed.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and manage the implementation of training programs.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and vendors.
  • Focus on skill development and leadership growth within the company.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

  • Monitor the implementation of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure employees are trained on workplace safety standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
  • Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in handling a large workforce.
  • Knowledge of payroll management and statutory compliance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • High level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
