Burns & McDonnell India is hiring for the role of HR Executive - COR!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Recruit for requisitions of BMcD.
- Use Taleo for Resume screening and shortlisting.
- Search for profiles on LinkedIn for projects assigned in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Handle the US hiring database and move resumes as per their specifications.
- Responsible for Internal hiring as and when required
- Work on other international job portals as and when needed
- Communicate with the US HR team as per the work requirement
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource
- The candidate should have a work experience of 0-3 years
