ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, such as performance management, training and development, employee relations, and succession planning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring employees are well-informed and supported.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances.
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary policy and practice changes.
• Implement and manage performance evaluation processes to assess individual and team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 months of internship experience in HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software applications.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
