HR Executive Job in Hyderabad at ASIAN INSTITUTE OF NEPHROLOGY AND UROLOGY

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage all recruitment activity .
• Draft offer letters and contracts as advised by the HR Head and complete standard
• reference checks and other recruitment administration e.g. payroll
• · Manage inductions process for all new staff.

Monitor recruitment budget

• Creating, maintaining and implementing HR information and administration systems
• Provide assistance and information to managers in line with HR policies and procedures e.g. disciplinary and grievance matters
• Monitor appraisal system and work with HR Head to develop/revise system as and when required
• Collate training needs from annual appraisal development plans and put in place action plan to address training gaps in a cost effective way
• Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up-to-date, create new JDs as and when necessary with managers
• Support HR Head in implementing effective communication mechanisms to ensure that information flows easily throughout the business

Manage HR/Payroll database

• Ensure all payroll paper work is completed accurately and to deadline
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as required by department
• Filing and archiving
• Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned
