HR Executive Job in Indore at Clarigo Infotech Pvt Ltd

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic HR Executive to help us expand our team.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; health & safety; Learning & development, payroll & compliance
• Manage new hire orientation and conducting programs for employee recognition, learning & development.
• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Manage recruitments, Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Recommend and implement best practices.
• Should have worked on Job portals like - Naukri, Indeed and Linkedin.
• Need to have experience in End to End recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, negotiation of salary, Documentation, Onboarding the candidates)
• Maintains knowledge of current trends, regulatory changes and new technologies in HR, talent management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
