About this Job
Responsibilities:
1.Designing and updating job descriptions
2.Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.
3.Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4.Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5.Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
6.Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
7.Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
8.Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Friday)
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
Note: Candidates preferred from Mumbai only
