AHA Technocrats is hiring for the role of HR Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Accountable for managing the entire recruitment process.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, employee referrals, social media, and internal Databases to find candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
• Candidates must have experience in IT Recruitment.
• Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview process.
• Maintain regular and strong communication with candidates until the final placement.
• Manage employee orientation, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Manage new employee onboarding and training processes.
• Keep track of employee leave records and handle file management.
• Manage the exit process for employees.
• Oversee other HR activities, including payroll.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have effective communication and presentation skills.
• Candidates must be willing to welcome fresh challenges, take on extra responsibilities, be eager, and open minded.
• Target Oriented and Aggressive in Nature
• Must have 1 – 1.5 years of experience
• Must be an MBA (HR) or equivalent
