Femtosoft is hiring for the role of HR Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Developing and overseeing human resources policies and procedures
• Coordinating recruitment activities, such as reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, and performing background investigations
• Maintaining and updating employee records within HR information systems
• Administering employee benefits and compensation structures
• Conducting performance assessments and delivering constructive feedback to staff
• Handling employee relations matters and mediating conflicts
• Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations
• Compiling and presenting HR-related reports to senior management
• Overseeing the employee offboarding process
• Facilitating the recruitment process through the evaluation of CVs and the selection of candidates for further consideration
• Overseeing and coordinating the onboarding process for new staff members
• Identifying the workforce requirements and submitting them to the HR manager for authorization.
• Evaluating the training requirements and organizing the employee training and development initiatives.
