Tsaaro is hiring for the role of HR Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain HR records and update employee data in HRMS or relevant systems.
  
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting and feedback cycles.
  
• Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal events.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data protection regulations.
  
• Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism and empathy.
  
• Coordinate training programs and track learning & development initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
• Facilitate onboarding and induction programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
